Sharing Information & Planning Events with the SHCA

Concierges love sharing the best that Seattle has to offer:  Our great food and bar scene, special events and attractions, music and theater, and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.  If you're a business owner in Seattle interested in working with the hotel concierges, we'd love to know more about you.  Our Community Relations Liaison is the person who can help, from sharing our roster of members, emailing information on your behalf, planning an event where we can experience your business first-hand, hosting one of our bi-monthly meetings or getting you into our annual Trade Show.

To share email blasts, flyers or other written information with our members, you're welcome to use the roster on our website.  Or you can email our Community Relations Liaison in advance of your event and we can share the information with our members, at eventsshca@gmail.com

To plan an event for the concierges to come in for a firsthand experience, please contact us at least a month in advance to help find a suitable date when we do not have conflicts.  We welcome opportunities for concierges to meet you, view and experience your venue, see your production, sample your food and beverages, and network together.  We can talk about ways to get the most concierges attending the event and how we can best help promote your business.

If you would like to speak at or host one of our bimonthly meetings, email us so we can determine availability, pick a date, and work together.  Locations are often booked months in advance.

To plan any event, we'll ask you to fill out an Event Details Form (make this a link) and we'll use that information to prepare online invitations to send our members.

Every Spring, we hold a Trade Show in Seattle that is open to anyone in the hospitality field. Again, contact the Community Relations Liaison for more information.

For more information, please email us at eventsshca@gmail.com.  We look forward to learning more about your business or organization and being able to share our experiences with our hotel guests, promoting the best that Seattle has to offer.
