About the SHCA

Mission Statement:
The Seattle Hotel Concierge Association (S.H.C.A.) is an organization of professional hotel Concierges, representing the greater Seattle area. We are dedicated to networking and sharing ideas to provide the best service to our guests and the visitors to our city.

We are a not for-profit 501 C (6)   volunteer organization. 

The organization embraces learning through networking where we gather to learn about our city and surrounding area businesses in order to serve our guests with updated,  insightful and personal information.  We strive to create a network of communication and education for our members to use in helping each of our visitors have a memorable Northwest experience.

We represent 14 hotel properties in the Seattle area
